Paige at 10 Months

Wednesday, May 10, 2017
Paige you are such a fun little person! Let's hang out, ok?!

Paige is saying "Momma", but we're still working on Dada :) She is pulling up on furniture and showing other signs of being very close to walking. Paige's school daily report said she ate beef burritio, rice, and pinto beans the other day which sums up quite a few things :)

I have to take a break from all the Easter pictures for Miss Paige's 9 month pictures before she turns 10 months next week!

I love this onesie (thanks Jolin!). #AcuteBaby #EngineerInTraining?

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Something magical happens when babies turn 6 months old. They may not be able to speak in words yet, but they somehow communicate with you. And it just keeps getting better.

Paige is eating cereal once a day and all kinds of baby food mush in the packets. She has 2 teeth poking out the bottom and sits up on her own. Paige will try and go after toys out of reach, but her inchworming usually sends her backwards instead of the intended direction. Everything goes in the mouth- EVERYTHING!

I mean look at this little baby, hamming it up for the camera...

Claire is the sure fire way to get baby Paige to smile and laugh. Never fails! Oh... except when Paige is hungry or tired, then there's no amount of sister dancing that can save the day.

So what do you think, is Miss Paige looking more like Mom or Dad?!

And yes, there is a correct answer, at least when you're talking to me :)

Paige Renae now has 2 teeth on the bottom and she's eating baby cereal. She was 27.5 inches long, with a 17.5 inch head circumference, and 17.8 lbs at her 6 month check-up. We're starting to introduce solids; she's had some pear/blueberry mush so far. Paige's nicknames are Little duck, P, Sweet P, Paigey, and Pager. But, mostly it's just Paige :) Did I mention she's a happy girl? So many smiles!

Paige Renae is 5 months old!

Paige is starting to show quite the personality.

Paige is such a happy baby... until she get Hangry. Feed this baby!

Nothing makes Paige more happy than watching big sister's antics. And there's a lot of them.

Love her.

Paige is a growing girl! We had her 4 month check-up today and here's Paige's stats:

Height: 26 inches (97%)
Weight: 16 lb 4 oz (80%
Head: 17 inches (98%)

Come on big brains with that head circumference!

Ross brought the girls by my office a couple weeks ago and saw some baby pictures on my wall and said, "This is Claire right?!" Errrrr. Nope, that's baby Paige. The other cute girl :) That's how much alike these girls look alike as babies.

Paige's big accomplishment this month has been rolling over!

Spud: 21 weeks

I feel baby Spud kicking in my belly so much!!

Taking a look back at my blog posts when I was about the same weeks pregnant with Claire (aka Sprout) my main pregnancy complaints were insomnia and heartburn. Yes and yes. Got both of those this time around too. Luckily I got meds to help with the heartburn and a toddler to make me even more tired at night :)

Spud: 20 weeks

Sunday, January 31, 2016
The 20 week, detailed anatomy ultrasound showed that Baby Girl is developing normally. Such a blessing to hear that things are progressing well so far!

Story: The ultrasound tech said that Spud wasn't in optimal position for imaging, so she was pushing on my belly quite a bit (which of course made me laugh). The tech showed us on the ultrasound how little her pushing on my belly moved Spud's environment, but how much my laughing jiggled Spud's "house." The tech then said that if baby is used to Mom laughing a lot then that would explain why baby was totally unfazed by her pushing on my belly. At this point Ross chimed in that there's probably not much hope pushing on my belly because this baby has a mom that laughs quite a bit :)

Here are some of the ultrasound pictures and if you're like me, you'll need to refer to the yellow labels for help deciphering the picture.

And finally here's the latest gym belly picture at 20 weeks.
