After we toured the 9-11 Memorial site, we walked to Battery Park to walk around and get on the ferry. Since the storm Sandy, the Statue of Liberty and the island have been closed to tourists, so the ferry is limited to driving you around the statue rather than docking. It was a beautiful day and a good way to take in the city from a different vantage point.
