Check out her first ski with Daddy...
To get Roma to learn the basic concept, I skied ahead on the path and she would pull Ross until she caught up to me. Once she had that down, we progressed to skiing side by side, led by Roma. She did so well!!
The dog is only supposed to "assist" the skier, but Roma did ALL the work. Ross didn't even break a sweat during our ski because Roma pulled him up and down the hills. He actually had to put the brakes on at times. I couldn't keep up with them at all. I met them at the end.
Roma got a great workout and fell asleep on the couch when we got home. Mission successful. We have a skijoring dog :)
