Huebel Happy Hour

Ross and I found a new way to wind down from a busy work week... happy hour at the house! This way, no one has to drive and you can catch up without lots of loud people around. Oh, and pups are allowed. After a quality HH, I highly recommend a Netflix movie :)

We went to a local store, Formaggio's, for the cheeses and the meats.

Bread: Sourdough and Kalamata olive. Cheese: Midnight Moon and Chipotle Gorgonzola

Grapes, Oranges, dried apricots, toasted pecans, and carrots.

Meat: 2 types of prosciutto and Salumi salami

A Rutherford Grove Shiraz that I brought back from Napa.

Dips: Rosemary Olive Oil, Balsamic, Honey, & Hummus

Our favorite combination was the Midnight Moon cheese with a pecan, topped with a drizzle of honey :)
