Heirloom Tomatoes

I love heirloom tomatoes. I pretty much can't get enough of them when they're in season (NOW!). I bought a bunch for a recipe last week and had a couple left over that were quickly ripening. What to use them for? I admit, not a bad dilemma to have :) I chopped them up with some fresh basil, balsamic, and mozzarella. A caprese salad of sorts. 

We also had some grilled Amberjack. It looked so morose and lonely...
Until it found the heirlooms and some much needed color. Perfect marriage.
