We spent a long weekend exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest: Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia. We flew into Seattle (only a 3.5 hour flight from Anchorage), rented a car, and drove across the border to Vancouver. We stayed in Vancouver for a couple days before heading back to Seattle for some more sight seeing.
My Grandfather is Canadian, so I am happy to report that I have FINALLY been to Canada!
Friends Kaity and Hunter joined us on our weekend getaway. We had a great time, and can now add Canada to our list of countries we've visited. We all wanted to stay, but our credit cards were ready to come home...
