Tour of Anchorage

On Sunday Ross completed his FIRST 25k (aka 13 miles) on cross country skis!! (Please note that I don't say "we" just Ross--  I sat on the couch at home, engrossed in The Hunger Games series). The weather was absolutely gorgeous. The race started at APU campus and ended at Kincaid Park.  
So proud of Ross!!

I actually missed Ross's photo finish, but a co-worker captured it. Whew! I was trying to find parking and Ross finished earlier than he thought.  So yeah. Bad wife. I'll post the finish pictures when i get them.

Time for a post-race hamburger :)

    What an accomplishment! Congrats, Rossy!
    Wish we could have celebrated and enjoyed a burger and beer with you:)
